Call 911. For shelter, food and disaster assistance call 211. Both are staffed and neither needs an account. This site is not an emergency service and nobody monitors it around the clock.
Getting help with this site
Write to support@spokanefirehousing.com. Include the email address on your account. Do not include passwords — nobody here will ever ask for one.
Email notifications are not available yet. Check Messages for replies.
Common problems
- I cannot sign in.
- There is no self-service password reset yet, because it would depend on email delivery that is not configured. See the sign-in page for what to do instead.
- Someone asked me for money.
- No money moves through this site and nobody here will ask you for any. Report the conversation, and do not pay anything before you have seen a property in person.
- My post disappeared.
- Posts expire on their own — 30 days for a request, 21 for a listing — and can be renewed from My posts. A post removed by a moderator says so there.
- I want my information deleted.
- Close your posts from My posts, then write to the support address from your account address. See Privacy.
