Everything here will be subject to the community guidelines.
The rules that will apply
- A specific, checkable offer. “10% off storage for displaced households through December” is an offer; “supporting our community” is not.
- Every fee stated. If the household pays, the listing says so.
- No paid placement and no referral monetisation without a visible compensation disclosure on the listing itself.
- Businesses that Washington regulates as contractors go in contractors & builders instead, and only there do the L&I record checks apply.
- A listing here carries no verification wording. An administrator reading an application is not an inspection.
