What happens when you post
- It appears immediately and is labelled “Community submitted” and “Availability not independently confirmed”. We do not inspect properties, so we do not claim to have.
- Your address, phone and email stay private. Only the broad area is shown. Households message you through the site; your contact details are never on the public card.
- It expires after 21 days unless you renew it, so the board does not fill with places that have gone.
- We check the wording against fair-housing rules before it publishes. Describing the property is fine; describing who should live there is not, and Washington law is stricter than federal law.
Sign in before entering the address
A free account is required so a household has an accountable person to message. The housing form appears after you sign in, so nothing you type can be discarded during login. Create an account or sign in.
